As soon as we filed a claim, we had a representative on it. Mandy worked with us and pretty much "held our hand" as we walked through that horrible experience of loss. From the time we filed our claim until we were notified of getting our insurance payment to cover the loss was 12 days which is unheard of- plus we were dealing with a death in our immediate family at that same time. We are very thankful for the help from Mandy- I would highly recommend Grange!!
My ex-wife recently had a claim with Grange. The car was totaled and they offered her a fair amount for her vehicle. After looking into it a little more we discovered something that made the car more valuable than everyone realized. I made a phone call and they promptly increased the payout by $800.
Grange's homeowners deductible is high, and they don't cover much unless it's a huge loss (your home burning down, for example).
My car was involved in a minor accident, not at all my fault. The challenge came when I came to settle the final bill and the repair company insisted I pay the 'deductible' from my insurance. When I asked for this to be paid back by Grange, the problems started, with them procrastating, with various excuses, for months.
